Shifting from Worksheets to Meaningful Tasks

December 17, 2014

930am-1230pm

Perhaps one of the most exciting, but also one of the most challenging, is moving toward providing meaningful and engaging tasks that allow students to make connections and expand their understanding of concepts and procedures. In this workshop, participants will learn to make this shift, discovering how to turn an ordinary worksheet into a meaningful, rigorous task.
